Our on demand fishing protocol is a sign of how environmentaly commitment we are. In fact, we are pioneers in the implementation of on demand wild-caught bluefin tuna fishing. We take from nature only what we have previously sold, thus avoiding the harmful consequences of overfishing.
At a professional level, in wild fish (not farmed), traditionally, you have always caught first and sold later. Fishing on demand reverses the process, first we take the orders and then we go and fish the bluefin tuna so that our customers receive it as fresh as possible . Despite the added difficulties in managing this way of working, we believe it is worth it, and so do our clients.
