Lazy Omelette of Smoked Bluefin Tuna Belly Carpaccio, ingredients:
4 eggs
25 gr Smoked Belly Carpaccio JC Mackintosh
10 gr Basque Piparra
w/ chives
8 gr Alioli
50 gr Bag potato chips
10 gr Arbequina oil

Red tuna belly carpaccio omelette recipe preparation
1. Beat the eggs well with a little salt and break the chips just a little.
2. Heat the pan until it is hot and add the egg-potato mixture.
3. Shake the pan so it doesn't stick and remove from the pan when it's still juicy.
