This naturally smoked in low combustion wild-caught bluefin tuna (Thunnus Thynus) belly is one of a kind in the market. A full of flavor produce where the fat of the meat is perfectly balanced with the smoked flavour.
It is a smoked with oak wood, beech and barrels from La Rioja Alavesa. Throughout the combustion process, we keep the wood below 30ºC and without flame, so that the smoke permeates the meat, preventing it from losing its innate qualities as a result of high heat treatment. The process is carried out by the master smokers ofKeia, in Bizkaia.

Authentic Wild-Caught Bluefin Tuna (Thunnus Thynnus). All our bluefin are fished sustainably under strict quota regulations, using a capture method that minimizes the stress of the animal and applying techniques that maximize the quality of its meat, such as the Ike Jime method.

This is a low-calorie superfood, with 25% easy-to-digest protein. Rich in Omega 3, DHA and EPA, essential fats that our body is not capable of producing. It contains a high level of vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, B12 and vitamin E, which is a great antioxidant, and helps prevent cardiovascular diseases, promote brain function and help lower cholesterol.
Ready-to-eat. It can be sliced or cut into cubes to suit the consumer´s needs. Defrosted produce. Do not refreeze.
Shelf Life: 12 days in a refrigerator at 0 to 4ºC. Once the container is opened, always use the proper conservation technique (isolate from the air to prevent oxidation, wrapped in blotting paper or film and keep refrigerated at 0 to 4ºC) and consume in less than 4 days.

Direct sale, fresh and without intermediaries. We do not freeze. We fish and bring it fresh from the sea to your table. We serve the product in perfect conditions for consumption.
We sell fresh fish product on request. We do not have frozen product in stock, in general our delivery times can vary from 2 to 4 working days from when the order is placed. On very special occasions, orders placed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before 12:00 p.m. will be delivered on Friday of that same week. Orders placed on Wednesdays after 12:00 p.m., Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Friday of the following week.

We use a 100% sustainable and environmentally friendly fishing method. We only sell Wild Bluefin Tuna from Tarifa and fish it on request so that future generations can always enjoy this wonderful product and oceans full of life.
